01.09.2019 to 31.10.2020 and also terminal benefits namely, Gratuity of pay payable to him from 01.09.2019, as admitted by the respondent in the RTI information dated 19.02.2025, together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

01.09.2016 to 28.02.2017 and also terminal benefits namely Gratuity the respondent in the RTI information dated 31.05.2025, together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

01.09.2013 to 31.10.2013 and also terminal benefits namely Gratuity the respondent in the RTI information dated 03.12.2024, together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that as per the 7th Pay Commission Recommendation, the petitioners are entitled for new pay scales. Hence, claiming the difference of their entitlement, they have sent representation to the respondent on 02.06.2025, 02.06.2025, 02.06.2025, 02.06.2025 and 14.02.2025 respectively. The learned counsel would further submit that for the RTI query, the respondent has also agreed about the petitioners entitlement. Hence the learned counsel would pray to direct the respondent to pay the difference in salary.
3.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that the respondent would pay the eligible amount to the petitioners as per their service register.
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to pay the eligible amount to the petitioners, in accordance with the service register of the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4/6
