This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.225 of 2019 pending investigation before the 1st respondent police to compromise and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.M.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and Mr.P.Srinivasan, learned counsel for 2nd respondent.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioners herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and have also filed a Memo for Compromise dated 28.08.2019 to that effect.

4. Recording the statements made in the memo for compromise filed by the petitioners and the second respondent herein dated 28.08.2019, the FIR in Crime No.225 of 2019, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, (*)Thimiri Police Station, Ranipet District, is quashed.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is Allowed. No costs.
