ORDER

The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.4556 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the affidavit of the respondent was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder: 9.It is submitted that on 06.09.2024, I have closed the case in Cr.No.10 of 2022, U/s.408, 109 IPC as Further Action Dropped and filed a final report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam and taken on file RCS No.2/2024 dated 25.9.2024. I have served RCS Notice to the defacto complainant on 04.10.2024 and the same was acknowledged. 3.In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed.
