This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants to institute the intended suit as against the first defendant whose residence falls outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The above suit has been intended to file for redemption of mortgage and the properties subjected to mortgage, which are detailed in the schedule of property and situated at Chennai. The mortgage deed in Sl.No.2 has been registered in Chennai.

3. Since the cause of action has arisen in Chennai and the suit property is also situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted.

4. Registry is directed to number the above suit if it is otherwise in order.
