This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the complaints / requests made by the Mr.Ilayaraja @ Raja and Mr.Ramkumar @ Ram or any one acting on their behalf.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, one Mr.Ilayaraja @ Raja and Mr.Ramkumar @ Ram lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police received a complaint from Mr.Ilayaraja @ Raja and Mr.Ramkumar @ Ram, which was assigned as current paper No.1144/2022 and after enquiry, the complaint was closed. Now, neither any complaint nor any petition enquiry pending against the petitioner. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate 2/4
