ORDER

This writ petition is filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2016 by the first respondent within stipulated period and consequently direct the second respondent to issuance of house allotment order in petitioner residing house premises of No.499, I-Block, G.M.Pettai, Slum Board House, Royapuram, Kasimedu, Chennai-13. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The issuance of writ of mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner does not arise in view of the fact that the request of the petitioner has already been rejected by order dated 04.07.2016. Hence, the petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.07.2016. No costs.
