Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of the respondents Impugned Proceedings of the second respondent in Ka.No.VU.SA.PO/Eyakkamum Paramarippum/ Vyasarpadi/Ko Min Thiruttu/Mugaam dated 12.02.2019 and quash the same and directing the respondents 1 to 6 herein to restore the Power Supply to the petitioner's E.B. Service connection No.068020-129 as per petitioner's representation dated02.08.2019 and also directing the respondents 1 to 6 to refund the amount of Rs.1,78,532/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Two only) deposited in the name of the petitioner's mother as extra levy and compounding of offences to the petitioner.
