This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders passed in Crl.MP.No.9533 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.8779 of 2023 on 18.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
