The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition.

Heard both sides.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
