Perused the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Original Petition.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The present petitioner has sought directions against his own father stating that the respondent should not harass the present petitioner herein. In a relationship between the father and son, there is no necessity for the respondent to enter into the said relationship. It is also informed that further actions had been dropped by the respondent in FAD.No.321 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015. Hence, nothing further survives in the present Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
