This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Cr.No.128 of 2023 on the file of the respondent. 2.This is second bail petition. Earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.17768 of 2023 was dismissed on 16.08.2023, for the reason that investigation in this case is not completed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has not participated in the commission of murder of the deceased. Thus, she seeks bail.

4.In response, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is one who had taken other accused in the two-wheeler and he was the one who had taken the accused from the scene of occurrence in the two-wheeler.
