ORDER

The Revision Petitioner filed a complaint in D.V.O.P.No. 6 of 2022 against the respondent and his inlaws and during the pendency of the said petition, she filed a Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No. 133 of 2023 praying to take action against the respondent, who illegally removed her articles and that petition is pending without any progress. E-court status also filed to that effect.

2. As the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking for a direction to speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. On seeing the facts and on perusal of records as well as e-court status, it would reveals that for more than one year, the said petition is pending before the trial court without any progress and the reasons assigned by the Revision Petitioner is justifiable one. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Addl. Mahila Judge, Salem to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.133 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.108 of 2/4

2022 in D.V.O.P.No.6 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and also directed to dispose the D.V.C. proceedings on merit as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
