This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police once in the month i.e., 1st working day of English calendar month at 10.00 am., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.9716 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.7861 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
