ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to secure/produce the wife of the petitioner, namely, Keerthana W/o.Tamizhselvan, aged about 28 years, 2.The petitioner states that marriage between himself and the detenue was solemnized and they were living as husband and wife. Whileso, the detenue had been forcibly taken by the third respondent since he raised an objection to marry the petitioner. The respondents 1 & 2 produced the detenue before this Court. The parents of the detenue are also present. The detenue is aged about 28 years and in clear terms said that she want to lead the matrimonial life with the petitioner. She got already married with the petitioner. She raised an apprehension that their parents may interfere.

3.It is made clear that the parents of the detenue cannot interfere with the life of the petitioner and the detenue since both are majors and employed in a private sector company at Chennai. Since the detenue is not under illegal detention and living along with her husband/petitioner, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
