As per the request, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as Noon Meal Organizer at Alangadu High School, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, the respondent herein suspended the petitioner from service by order dated 25.07.2013 on some alleged charges and pursuant to order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13346 of 2015 at the instance of the petitioner, the respondent was reinstated the petitioner into service on 18.08.2015 and inspite of the claim to pay the subsistence allowance, the respondent denied the same for the period of suspension. Therefore, he made a representation dated 19.09.2018, but till date his representation was not considered by the respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that it would be suffice to issue directions to the respondent to dispose of the representation in accordance with law.

Without expressing any opinion, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2018, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
