The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, to expedite the proceedings in C.M.P.No.4304 of 2015 within the time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Even though the respondents were served with notice, there is no representation on behalf of them. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of C.M.P.No.4304 of 2015.
