Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner herein has been reinstated back into service and the back wages has also been disbursed on 22.10.2024, the Contempt Petition stands closed. In case, the petitioner is of the view that the entire back wages has not been disbursed, liberty is granted to him to workout his remedy in the manner known to him under law.
