This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful and intentional failure to comply with the order of this court dated 29.09.2016 made in W.P.No.33390 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this court in W.P.No.33390 of 2016 dated 29.09.2016 was complied with by the respondent and hence no further order is required in this contempt petition.
