Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to dispose the above H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Judge, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District within a stipulated time and pass orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed to dispose the above H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Judge, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District within a stipulated time.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the marriage between the 1/4

petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 02.02.2020 in Sri Murugar Temple, Sundarampalli, Tirupattur District. Thereafter, there was some misunderstanding between the family members of the petitioner and the respondent, due to which the respondent filed a H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2022 before the Sub Judge, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District and the same is pending. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that from the date of marriage the respondent and the family members are always creating problem. Furthermore, the respondent always threatened the petitioner to commit suicide to foist a criminal case against the petitioner. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. In view of the above, the learned Sub Judge, Tirupattur, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2022 after taking into account the pendency of other cases in the Court.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
