Crl.M.P.No.15325 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15325 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.19248 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the trial Court viz., III Additional District Judge (FAC), Salem twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 pm until further orders as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19248 of 2022 by order dated 22.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the Non-Bailable Warrant is pending as against the petitioner. However, the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19248 of 2022 by an order dated 22.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned III Additional District Judge (FAC), Salem on every hearing dates, without fail.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
