Writ Petition No.32500 of 2003 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent 1 - I.D.No.14/2002 dated 10.04.2003 to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent 2 to reinstate the petitioner in respondent 2's Bank, with back-wages and other benefits, if any.

Writ Petition No.28032 of 2004 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to release the amount collected from petitioner Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand Only) with 18% interest from the date of deposit on 13.09.1998 and consequently, directing the 1st respondent to take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate legal action against Ramanarayanan and Lalitha Custodians of keys and money.
