ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.18 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation has been completed and final report was filed in Crime No.18 of 2021 on 18.01.2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. That apart, the first and second petitioners died and as such, the entire charge is abated as against them.

3. In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
