This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13988 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, charge sheet filed, but not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
