This Petition has been filed to relax the condition Clause 6 (c) "the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed by this Court in the Bail order dated 09.08.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.18111 of 2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18111 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
