2. C.M.P.No.21001 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant in the above appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.21002 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the 8th petitioner herein as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant and rank them as 8th appellant in the above appeal.
