2. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the petitioners were not parties to the impugned orders dated 12.09.2023 passed by the first respondent and therefore, they were not served with the original impugned orders and the impugned notices dated 31.10.2023 have been misplaced by the writ petitioners. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to a portion of paragraph 14 of the support affidavit in 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

W.M.P.Nos.29645 and 29653 of 2025 in W.P.Nos.26338 and 26345 of 2025 M.SUNDAR,J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., W.P.No.26338 of 2025, which reads as follows: '14. I submit that I was not added as a party in impugned order in 214/Ma/2023 dated 12.09.2023 passed by the 1 st respondent. Therefore, I was not served with the original impugned order. While so, the 3 rd respondent issued 2 nd impugned order in ZOC.No.0819/1/2023 dated 31.10.2023, unfortunately I have misplaced the original impugned order when I gave my reply. Whereas I have been served with a photostat copy along with the 3 rd impugned order dated 12.07.2025 (served on 14.07.2025).....'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
