A.No.7201 of 2019 in C.S.No.565 of 2019 A.No.7201 of 2019 in C.S.No.565 of 2019 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, This Application has been filed under Clause 14 of the Letters Patent , seeking permission to join causes of action with respect to infringement of Plaintiff's registered trade mark and passing off the products of the Defendant as if they are products of the Plaintiff. 2.In view of the fact that the Court has jurisdiction to examine the issues relating to infringement of trade mark necessarily the other grievance of the Plaintiff regarding passing off will also have to be examined by the Court.

3.In view of that reason, this Application is allowed and permission is granted.
