ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the respondent in his impugned proceedings made in TIN:33464681883/2007-08, dated 24.04.2015 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be granted 10 days time for approaching the appellate authority.

3. Mr.Manoharan Sundaram, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection for granting 10 days time to the petitioner for approaching the appellate authority.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is disposed of granting 10 days time to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
