The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2016 and investigate the matter according to law and file final report. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 08.02.2016. But the first respondent has not shown any interest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, already case has been registered in Crime No.171 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The first respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
