ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation, dated 29.11.2022 and appoint her in the post of Work Inspector/Draughtsman, in the office of the 3rd respondent, with a grade pay of Rs.4,200/-.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she joined as Technical Assistant Grade-II in the 3rd respondent Corporation on 29.09.2004 on daily wage basis and thereafter, her service was regularized as per the proceedings of the 3rd respondent, dated 13.08.2015 and posted her in the post of Lower Division Clerk on regular basis. During regularization, the colleagues of the petitioner, who were working on par with her in the post of Technical Assistant Grade-II, were absorbed to the post of Draughtsman with Grade Pay of Rs.4,300/-. Now, the Draughtsman attached to the office of the 3rd respondent has been promoted as Junior Engineer, therefore, the said post is vacant. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation, dated 29.11.2022 to the respondents, however, the same has not been considered. Hence, seeks direction of this Court. Page No.2 of 4

3.Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.11.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
