Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse to grant all monitory and service benefits to the petitioner based on the representations made by the petitioner dated 01.02.2025, 10.02.2025 and 02.06.2025 within a time frame.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based upon conviction by the criminal Court, the petitioner was terminated from service. However, in Crl.A.No.118 of 2018, the conviction against the petitioner was set aside. Thereafter, the petitioner had sent representation on 02.06.2025 claiming gratuity and other terminal benefits and such representation is pending. 4.At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Attur, would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation 2/4

within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner, upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
