ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned VI Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No.676 of 2019 dated 08.08.2023, thereby ordering interim 1/4
maintenance in favour of the respondents.
2. The petitioner got married to the 1st respondent and given birth to the 2nd respondent and thereafter due to misunderstanding between them, they got separated and the 1st respondent was driven out from the matrimonial house and hence the 1st respondent lived separately with her child. The 1st respondent was not able to maintain herself and filed a petition in M.C.No. 676 of 2019 seeking maintenance. After considering the evidence on both side, the trial Court has directed to pay monthly maintenance at Rs.3,000/- each to the Respondents 1 & 2 payable by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, present revision is filed.
3. On perusal of records revealed that the trial Court awarded monthly maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- each to the Respondents 1 & 2, which is very meager and does not require any inteference. 2/4
