Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to direct the special Court for the cases under the prevention of corruption act, Chennai to return the petitioners passport bearing No.Z4460988 enable him to travel Australia for the present which was surrrendered as per order passd by this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.O.P.No.10351/2018 by the order dated 13/04/2018 in connection with the Crime No. 1 of 2018 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai City-V.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.LAKSHMANASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to direct the Special Court for the cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai to return the petitioner's passport bearing No.Z4460988 to enable him to travel Australia.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner undertake that he will return to India and surrender his passport before the Special Court for the cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai, for three months from the date of boarding. All other conditions remain unaltered.
