ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondents police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by one Yeswanth, S/o.Vijayakumar against this petitioner with regard to money dispute the second respondent had conducted an enquiry and in pursuance of the complaint, Current Paper is pending.

4. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents police.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate

(Crl.Side), the second respondent is hereby directed to conduct the enquiry upon the complaint given by Yeswanth in accordance with law without harassing the petitioner.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
