ORDER

In a proposed suit for partition and for measne profits, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue with respect to the suit scheduled A to K properties before this Court. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the suit L-scheduled property being an immoveable property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, requested this Court to allow the present application. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, and taking into consideration that the suit suit Lscheduled property being an immoveable property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the A.No.3390 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue with respect to the suit scheduled A to K properties before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
