This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA in the name and style of "Day Dreamer Saloon & Spa" at Door No.22B, Surampatti, Palaniappa Street, Erode, Erode District, by considering his representation dated 15.09.2022. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is already running a SPA. However, his representation for No Objection Certificate has not yet been received by the Police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation has been sent to the respondents through registered post. 4.
However, it is seen that no harm for the petitioner once again to file a fresh representation seeking for No Objection Certificate. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the fresh representation if any submitted by the petitioner seeking 2/4
for No Objection Certificate for running his business in the name and style of "Day Dreamer Saloon & Spa" and issue No Objection Certificate, if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements for the same. In the event of No Objection Certificate is granted, the respondents shall not interfere in the business of the petitioner, if the business is run according to law. No costs.
