ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land in Survey No.66/2B2 to the extent of 1.34 acres at Padavanur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased a land comprised in Survey No.66/2B2 to an extent of 1.34 acres situated at Padavanur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, registered vide Document No.4291 of 2021, dated 04.08.2021. The petitioner decided to develop the property and made arrangements to measure the property. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application, dated 24.11.2021, to survey the land and also paid the requisite fees. However, it is pending on the file of the respondents. 4.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to issue notice to the petitioner and conduct enquiry and pass order to survey the land comprised in Survey No.66/2B2 to an extent of 1.34 acres situated at Padavanur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
