Respondents Prayer:-Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and implement the order in M.C.No.07/2015/A1 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cum-Sub Collector, Pollachi, dated 16.10.2015 as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.01.2016.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and implement the order in M.C.No.07/2015/A1 passed by the SubDivisional Manager-cum-Sub Collector, Pollachi, dated 16.10.2015 as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.01.2016. 2.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.01.2016, the Sub Collector, Pollachi has stated that police protection to be given for removing the encroachment and to maintain law and order, which is evidenced in page No.14 of the typed set of papers. Hence, he pray for a direction to the respondents to implement the order passed in M.C.No.07/2015/A1 by the Sub-Divisional Manager-cum-Sub Collector, Pollachi on 16.10.2015.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that already picketing has been posted and no untoward incident has been taken place. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of the petition. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
