This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore weekly once, i.e., first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10319 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.711 of 2024 dated 22.07.2024.

2.The petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10319 of 2024 with certain conditions. One of the conditions was that the petitioner to appear before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore, weekly once i.e., first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a daily wager, his employment is not fixed in one place, he has to travel various places of the District. Due to the condition imposed, he is unable to continue with his employment and his earning is affected. He is the sole bread winner of his family.

Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 22.07.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.10319 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.711 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
