ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.5275 of 2017 dated 02.03.2017.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 31.01.2018, and submits that the order passed by this Court on 02.03.2017 has been complied and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy against the order dated 31.08.2018 in accordance with law.
