This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.32150 of 2012 by an order dated 09.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to non availability of Investigation Officer, the petitioner is unable to comply the conditions within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, the time granted by this Court has got expired. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another period of six months.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
