This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to Na.Ka.m1/7606/2017 dated 20.09.2019 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all benefits.
