This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 in Crl.M.P.No.10055 of in Crl.O.P.No.11474 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and considering that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is completed and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned POCSO Court on every first working day of English Calendar Month for a period of three months.
