This petition has been filed for extension of time for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.12855 of 2024 order dated 07.06.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the order since he was remanded in another case, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
