List the matter before the learned Master on 18.07.2024 for commencement of the recording of the evidence on the side of the petitioner.

2. The learned Master, while recording the evidence may ensure that not more than four working days are given in between any two adjournments. In that manner, there would be a consistent flow in the matter. The learned Master may also ensure that not more than 2 adjournments are granted for the same reason. After recording the evidence of both the petitioner and the respondents, the matter may be listed before this Court.

3. Since the parties have been relegated to the trial process, it would not be proper for the children to undergo more torture by coming over to the Court or for any temporary visitation rights to be granted,

since there will always be allegations of the children being tutored being deliberately told to behave otherwise during the visitation period.

4. It is only appropriate that the petitioner and the respondent to concentrate on the averments made in the main Original Petition. In view of that particular fact, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Any pending arrangement to continue.
