on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to review the suspension order vide Roc.e-52331/2024/A3, dated 29.11.2024 as per the Government Order vide G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022 and G.O.(D) No.450, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 01.08.2023 and by considering the representation dated 18.06.2025. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended on 29.11.2024 and has sent representation on 18.06.2025 to review the same in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022 and G.O.(D) No.450, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 01.08.2023 and such representation is pending with the respondent.

4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent would consider the petitioner's 2/4

representation according to its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025, by following the applicable Government Orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, according to its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.The writ petition is disposed of.
