ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366-A, 506(ii) of I.P.C 5(1) r/w 6,7 of POCSO Act in Crime No.3 of 2021 seeks Anticipatory Bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that during the pendency of this petition, charge sheet has been filed against the accused persons. Hence, there is no apprehension for arrest.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
