ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2025 on the file of the respondents herein in accordance with law.
3. After submitting for a brief while, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they may be granted liberty to file a fresh representation on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.97 which confers certain benefits to the landless poor.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that G.O.Ms.No.97 comes with certain conditions attached, if any such representation is made, the same would be considered in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to submit a representation before the appropriate authority in this regard. If any such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same shall 2/4
be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed after affording the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of hearing. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
