Writ Petition No.25298 of 2024 W.P.No.25298 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.

The matter was listed for hearing today under the cause list caption 'FOR CLARIFICATION' to clarify the directions that were issued in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 05.02.2025.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners by placing reliance upon the sketch found at Page No.6 of the additional typed set of papers filed today, submitted that if the respondents provides pathway measuring 3 ares (3229 sq.ft) which is the red marked portion in the sketch, the petitioners will be able to utilize the same. Copies of typed set of papers were served on the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of five respondents.

3. The learned Standing Counsel sought for some more time to take instructions.

Post this writ petition under the same cause list caption on 08.04.2025.
