THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.

This matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though this court while disposing of the writ petition directed the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within two weeks and directed the parties to maintain status-quo, inadvertently the order of status-quo has not been mentioned in the order and if statusquo is not maintained till the disposal of the appeal, the filing of the appeal itself would become meaningless.

Heard learned counsel on either side.

Accepting the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 30.9.2022 is modified to the effect that there shall be an order of status-quo till the

disposal of the appeal.
